1. This pass is issued according to the rules & regulations of the event organizer and the management of the venue where the event is
    presented.

2. For safety reasons, the pass holder may be subject to a body search (frisking), including a search of their personal belongings.

3. The event organizer reserves the right of admission or non-admission of the pass holder.

4. Weapons, glass containers, bottles, cans, tins, umbrellas, lighters, toxic or other narcotic substances or any other items which may
    present a threat to safety are strictly forbidden.

5. It is strictly forbidden to audio or video record the event unless clearly specified and otherwise permitted by the event organizer.

6. In the case of an event cancellation only the pass price may be refunded. The service charge or any other charges paid for and included
    in the pass sale, such as delivery charge, will not be refunded.

7. The starting time of the event for which the pass was bought may change without prior notification.

8. This pass is only valid for single entrance. One (1) pass provides the right for one(1) pass holder to be admitted. It is strictly forbidden
    to transfer this pass to any other person.

9. The event organizer and the management of the venue where the event is presented do not take responsibility for stolen or lost
    property of the pass holder.

10. The pass holder agrees to follow the rules set by the event organizer or otherwise understands that he/she may be asked to leave the
     venue without any kind of compensation whatsoever.

11. Such rules, during some events may be related to the interdiction to bring tobacco, alcohol and/or food products inside the venue.

12. The event organizer or the management of the venue cannot be held responsible for any type of injury suffered by the pass holder
     while attending the event.

13. The event for which this pass has been bought is subject to Force Majeure conditions.
